Redknapp talking it up to his bestest buds in the fourth estate, north of the border this time..


“I liked Scott when he played for Hibs while he has gone on and done great things at Celtic.

“Aiden, obviously, is a real talent.

“But I’m not trying to buy either of them — and I did NOT try to buy McGeady or Brown in January. Celtic don’t want to sell them anyway, do they?”

Yeah right.

We’ve seen this tactic with Redknapp before. It’s technically legit, but edges towards the black side of the grey area ethically.

Expect both to be playing for spurs by August 09.
